Advised Colombia’s Ministry of Trade, Industry and Tourism in negotiating free trade agreements with Korea, Israel, Costa Rica, Japan, and the Pacific Alliance, focusing on the chapters on dispute settlement, investment, and exceptions regimes.

Conducted a legal review of the Free Trade Agreement with the European Union and advised on the implementation of the Free Trade Agreement with the United States, including the review of a customs code reform to ensure compliance with the treaty’s commitments.

Advised the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Tourism on third-party interventions in multilateral disputes under the Dispute Settlement Understanding (DSU) of the World Trade Organization (WTO).
