  • We develop legal risk-control and RACI responsibility matrices, as well as internal prevention protocols and monitoring mechanisms that help anticipate and mitigate findings by oversight bodies.
  • We train executives and staff on managing audits and preparing preventive and corrective responses to Colombia’s Contraloría General de la República and Procuraduría General de la Nación.

Corporate Governance

Advised a state-owned company on the design of a corporate governance model to manage claims and judicial, extrajudicial, and arbitral proceedings in connection with an energy infrastructure project in Colombia, with claims exceeding USD 1 billion.

Designed a governance model for a state-owned company to facilitate the management and approval of settlement and conciliation agreements, ensuring technical, financial, accounting, and legal support while avoiding fiscal or administrative findings by oversight authorities.
